We are here to provide support and information to people who have been diagnosed with Dementia and their Carers.

We work with the early stages of dementia.

Wherever you live in Sunderland, we will provide you with the support you need. 

We cover Sunderland, Washington in Tyne and Wear, as well as the Coalfields area (e.g., Houghton le Spring, Hetton, Shiney Row, etc).
